MANDY Sellars’ legs are three times larger than the average person. The counsellor from Lancashire has never been diagnosed despite rigorous testing and all possible explanations are not an exact match for Mandy’s condition. Mandy’s legs continue to grow which leaves her heart under more and more strain but a terrifying option lies before her – should she get both of her legs amputated? To help her decide the stricken patient travels to America to meet those with similar problems.
