In this video we explain how you can shoot manually. This way you're more in control of the camera and your pictures will be even more beautiful!
In case of working The Panasonic HC X920 camera press the ‘IA’ button and then press ‘Manual’ on the touchscreen.
The Panasonic HC X900 camera lets you activate the manual mode by pressing once or twice on the ‘IA’ button.

Focussing manually on a subject.
Press ‘focus’ on the touchscreen, then press MF, which stands for manual focus. You now decide on what the camera focuses.

Set the white balance.
Are the colors too blue or too yellow? WB, which stands for ‘white balance’ allows you to adjust the colors yourself.

Set the shutter speed.
The camera’s shutter defaults to 50. This is indicated by SHTR: which stands for ‘Shutter Speed’. In some situations it may be better to increase the shutter speed. For example, if you want to shoot fast flowing water or rain. You can then see more detail and your image comes to life. So with running water use a high shutter speed. Otherwise just stick with the standard 50.

Set the iris.
With the iris you can darken or lighten the image. This is useful for example when you're shooting against the light.

You see? It’s easy as 1, 2, 3!
