ARMENIAN VILLAGE LIFE & BUSINESS

A small village market garden and a concrete business.
1st we re-visit our family of 5 in Jrarat Village and check on the progress of their cucumbers, tomatoes and eggplants in their 2 green houses...then the cabbage, potato and corn fields.
In the 2nd part we visit a large sand and metal business in the same village. The owner (Razmik) started this business last year to help his country, employing many people from the surrounding villages.
We look at how Armenian Tufa (volcanic rock) blocks are used in the construction of a 200 metre long wall and see how this man is helping to beautify the surrounding area, by planting trees and lawn next to the railway line.
Finally, Razmik gives us a tour of his fruit tree orchard, adjacent to his business.
