HUGGING A BABY GOAT WAS EVERYTHING!!! Northern Armenia is like the wild west of the Caucasus lol. I was so fortunate to be able to see what life was like beyond the larger centers of Yerevan and Gyumri and it reminded me a lot of my own small home town in Saskatchewan. Life runs at a slower pace, most people work in agriculture or live off the land, the animals are super cute and the people are incredibly welcoming. We also got to tour Lake Arpi in the most north western point of the country on the borders of Georgia and Turkey.
