SFG Level II. Simple and Sinister with 32kg.
Brian Myers Level II SFG doing 100 single arm swings in 4:24, resting for 60 seconds, and then performing 10 Turkish Get Ups in 7:10. Simple, but not easy. Had fun with this one. Will work up to doing this with the 36kg soon.
