A very common question for those who are in Australia on a student visa relates to when can they cease studying if they apply for an Australian Partner visa from onshore.

Obviously there are benefits to ceasing your study, arguably one of the most logical is that, if you no longer need to study, you no longer need to continue paying for your tuition fees. And that can save you a lot of money depending on exactly what it is you're enrolled to study here in Australia!
