Toast Ingredient Lists!

Croque Madame-Inspired French Toast
- Day old challah or brioche
- Butter
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 2 tsp Dijon or mustard powder
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne
- Gruyère (microplaned/finely grated)
- Parmesan (microplaned/finely grated)
- Thin sliced ham
- Fried eggs
- Chives

Masala Toast-Inspired French Toast
- Day old challah or brioche
- Ghee
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt & pepper
- Small shallot or ½ red onion, finely diced
- Heavy pinch chaat masala
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 serrano pepper, thinly sliced
- Handful cilantro
- Ketchup (optional)

Okonomiyaki-Inspired French Toast
- Day old challah or brioche
- Neutral oil
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup dashi (can use powder mixed with water)
- 1-2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1-2 Tbsp pickled ginger
- 1/2 cup bacon or pancetta + 1 cup chopped shrimp (cooked in oil and okonomi sauce with some of the shredded cabbage)
- Okonomi sauce
- Kewpie mayo
- Bonito flakes (katsuobushi)
- Seaweed (nori) strips
