In this video we are going to talk about how you know what patient want in other words how do you find out most often most common practice in healthcare is that the provider or staff may get together and say okay what is it that our patients really want and then they act accordingly now that can be pretty accurate sometimes but it certainly is not always going to be accurate and what we find is its usually further apart than what people actually think so what we need to do we need to ask people what they want we do that through patient satisfaction now we do that every single day with every single practice that we work with we do all the patients satisfaction why because it gives us constant feedback on what it is our patients actually want now when we look at it it’s a multitude of different things that we work very hard and done for many many years and thousand of surveys later we know what it is that we need to ask now what do you need to ask basic thing how was your experience getting how was your experience while you were here how was your experience waiting even if you had those three things it would be huge as to what we currently know now if you have a third party provider that’s doing that for you cause often times they will do that but it’s not really their primary business they will still ask three four or five question even that gives you a direction that’s fantastic but we have know what people want we can’t really respond to giving people what they want unless we know what they want that’s what the patient experience is and it’s all about the patient experience
