I am going to visit with you in this video about the c4 practice services learning programs now the assisted learning programs we talk about are truly that there’s certain things we won’t do at that venue there are certain things have to be live to make happen but there are other things centered on the patient experience that you can do very effectively online now we have created an entire location for this to happen we have inside of our system what’s called a learning center which is designed specifically for that learning it is a teaching learning environment and that’s what it’s for not only is it teaching and learning everything is video driven just like what you’re watching here but there are also ways to become accountable and to actually have assessment on those particular items and because you purchase the package that all comes with it we don’t expect you to hold your staff accountable we do that for you there are three assisted learning for you and your staff the first one is called the new patient experience it’s a lot of fun go into that section there is another video on that that will tell you the specifics about that there’s another one called the patient advocate program the patient advocate program really centers on what it is that causes patients to accept the treatment that you provided or the treatment plan that you provided for them what is it that we have to do to help them accept that treatment every single time the next program is call the digital diagnosis there has not been one program developed that’s had the immediate effect of digital diagnosis so again click into that and it will give you more detail into each of these programs as you select them choose the one that’s right for you hope to see you soon thank you very much and have a great day and remember it’s all about the patient experience.
