this is how i cleaned my sticking scv valve in mazda 6 diesel.
laboratory power supply was used for the voltage control with output 5v and for controling the valve opening I reduced the current of the power supply. Resistance of the valve should be 2.2Ohm at 20C - workshop manual.
I replaced the valve before cleaning so i had this part for playing around.
