My favorite customer experience metaphor ever! - by Steven Van Belleghem
This is by far my favorite metaphor of my latest keynote presentation: The Oxpecker on the back of the Rhino!
Hope you like this short clip from my keynote at the Oslo Business Forum a few weeks ago.
How can a business also be a partner in life for their customers? Are you an oxpecker or a fly?
So how does the metaphor apply to business? It means that;
1️⃣ You're always around
2️⃣ Without being intrusive
3️⃣ You bring value
4️⃣ At the exact right moment
