Ingredients for the crust: 1 cup flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed, 3-4 tbsp cold water
Ingredients for the filling: 1 1/2 cup pitted fresh cherries , 3 tsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp corn starch

Glaze (optional): 1 cup powdered sugar, 3-4 tbsp milk, a few drops food coloring
