The Wrath of the Lamb’s Eternal Punishments

In this lesson, Jesus has shown to me the outer darkness, and I actually traveled there with a man who denied the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. The last words of this man were “So this is where I stay?”

The punishments are real, the outer darkness is real, and Jesus warns about unbelievers being sent into the outer darkness.

Matthew 25:30 (KJV)
“And cast the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

There are four punishments for rejecting the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross.

1. Weeping and Gnashing of Teeth
2. Eternal Separation from God
3. Cast Into the Outer Darkness
4. Cast into the Lake of Fire

Many people think because God is love, there is no punishment for rejecting God.

There is wrath from the Lamb of God on Judgment Day.

Revelation 6:15-17 (NIV)
15 Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?”

Jesus says everyone in their graves will hear his voice, whether they believe it or not.

John 5:24-30 (NIV)
24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. 25 Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. 26 For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. 27 And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man. 28 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice 29 and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned. 30 By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.

God sent his only Son, Jesus Christ, into the world 2,000 years ago to save the world. But when Jesus returns, the world will be judged.

When Jesus returns, he will make everything new. But only believers will be able to see God face to face.

Revelation 21:5-8 (NIV)
5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” 6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
