Raila Odinga & BBI secretariat want High Court BBI judgment suspended

ODM leader Raila Odinga, the BBI secretariat and the Attorney General have joined the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission in appealing against the ruling of the five-judge bench that declared the BBI constitution amendment review process unconstitutional.
In the appeal the attorney warned that if the orders were not stayed the president risked facing several lawsuits.
