🥦 Simple Instant Noodles Stirfry 🍖

🐻 Ingredients
• Ibumie Instant Noodles
• Broccoli
• Pork
• Fried Shallots
• Garlic, Minced
• Sesame Oil
• White Pepper
• Oyster Sauce
• Salt
• Oil

👩‍🍳 Cook!
• Marinate pork with oyster sauce, sesame oil and white pepper for 15mins
• Cook instant noodles till 70% done, set aside
• I’m lazy so I add salt to the same boiling water to cook broccoli for about 90s, set aside
• Cook garlic in oil till fragrance
• Add in the pork, stirfry till fully cooked about 3-4mins
• Add broccoli and give it a rough stir
• Add noodles along with the noodles seasoning, sesame oil and white pepper, mix well into the noodles then roughly mix with all the other ingredients
• Garnish with fried shallots

🥰 Any dry ramen works here and I highly recommend both Ibumie and Indomie! I sometimes mixed one pack each and it is delicious!
