How to make a custom-made toe-prop to prevent toe tip blisters and black toenails

This is how a podiatrist will make you a toe-prop to prevent blisters and black toenails.

The material is called Otoform K. It is a putty that we add a red catalyst to so the putty holds its shape. The toe-prop remains bendy but won't deform under load.

Many toe blisters require this sort of toe-prop to reduce blister-causing forces, including:
- Toe tip blisters and toenail blisters: https://www.blister-prevention.com/toenail-blisters/
- Black toenails: https://www.blister-prevention.com/black-toenail-treatment/

The aim is for the toe-prop to occupy the space under the toes so that they aren't able to bend over (claw) so much. Even if the clawing is fixed, the toe prop works to spread the load - taking some of the pressure away from the tips of the toes.
