TODAY'S RECIPE IS No Egg No Oven Coconut Cake Recipe | Eggless Coconut Cake Recipe Without Oven

INGREDIENTS:
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Mix well
Fresh grated coconut 1/4 cup
Mix well
6 inch greased pan
Chopped nuts on top
Fresh coconut on top
Preheat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
Place the mould
Cook it on medium flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
