Today, Nov 26, 2022, would’ve been my mom’s 79th birthday. First Thanksgiving without her this week, first birthday… we are all missing her and grieving the space she leaves. But she is not forgotten. Far from it. Her Spirit lives on in us, around us. Her music lives on in us and around us. I wrote this song about her, for her. It is about the sacrifices mothers make and the legacies they leave behind. This song is for my mom, me, my kids, my grandkids. I won’t Forget You.
