Walgreens appears to have the capacity to come out the other side of covid with its dividend in tact due to its strong FCF. With WBA getting close to 140B in revenue a year it is truly a monster sized company. If management can get those SGA cost savings realized, while stopping the continued GMD % decline, share holders should have some upside over time.

As expected, Covid took a big chuck out of its retail international, specifically Boots brand. Given the resilience of the cash flow this stock could be a play on an eventual recovery if a vaccine is too be found. #cheaprecovery stock

A continued unknown risk is how much lower Walgreens margins are going to get with the continued pharma reimbursement pressure. Will the pharmacy business be strangled out by continued regulation?
