If you are driving on the road then you must know these two laws
Section 506. Punishment for criminal intimidation. —Whoever commits, the offence of criminal intimidation shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both; If threat be to cause death or grievous hurt, etc.
Under Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code, any individual who is driving or riding a vehicle in a negligent manner, thereby endangering human life, will be punished by law. The punishment under this section is imprisonment up to six months, a penalty of ₹1,000, or both.
