Unlike disposable plastic cups or paper cups, I need to wash water bottle every time I use. It makes me think that using water bottle(tumbler) is really environmentally friendly? While I searching articles and news about water bottle, I found that some people say that using water bottle is as harmful to the environment as using a paper cup considering chemical detergent and water when washing water bottle, and greenhouse gas when making water bottles at the factory.

My question started from this point. Is water bottle really better than using paper cups or plastic cups?

Also, while looking at my bottles in my house, I made my mind that I should not buy more bottles. Instead, I should reuse and reuse bottles that I have now.

I want to share what I found about bottles, and how to clean water bottle to use it for a long time. To clean water bottle, I use only natural detergent and it is easy to follow.
