Originating from Dubai's vibrant art scene, her work has captivated audiences by seamlessly intertwining the charm of Middle Eastern and Armenian art with a contemporary twist, effectively bridging the realms of tradition and innovation. Her artistic journey is deeply rooted in cherished childhood memories from Syria, instilling her work with a profound blend of nostalgia and insights. Stephany's collages merge pop culture icons, local heritage landmarks, and expansive skylines with traditional Damascene mosaic and pattern designs, inviting viewers to reconceptualize their perspectives. Her installations reflect the fluidity of societal transitions, encapsulating the essence of a culture undergoing continuous transformation. Her work challenges established artistic norms, infusing contemporary pop culture elements with the spirit of Middle Eastern heritage. Stephany has a Master's degree in Research for Design and Innovation from Elisava, Barcelona, Spain.
