How to analyse BRRR Property Deals | Property Investing UK

One of the hardest things about property investing and one that so many get wrong is property deal analysis, especially how to analyse BRR property deals. In this video I cover our 5 step process for BRR property deal analysis and how you can apply this to your deals and create a rinse and repeat process!

When you are just getting started in property, deal analysis can often seem overwhelming and like you will never be able to get the hang of it. However, if you can follow the process that we lay out in this video you will be analysing deal after deal in no time! When I first started analysing deals it took me around 30 minutes to do one deal and now it only takes me around 10! You can do the same to!
