FINALLLY!! Trying Parsi Cuisine For The First Time + The HISTORIC Britannia & Co. | Bombay, India

Parsi Cuisine includes a plethora of dishes ranging from Chicken Farcha (Fried chicken appetizer) Dhansak (Lamb, mutton, goat, chicken or vegetables in a mixed lentil or toor daal gravy served with brown rice) Patra ni Machhi (Fish - Pomfret or Surmai stuffed heavily with green coconut chutney and wrapped in a banana leaf - steam cooked) and many many more.

While we did not get to try all of these Parsi dishes in this video we still did get to try out some really delicious dishes and sweet treats!

We started the day off at a popular cafe, Kyani. Known for their Mutton Keema, we could not pass up on the chance to sample the akuri toast and irani chai as well. Over 100 years old and for good reason.

Next up some sweets! Parsi Dairy Farm is making an assortment of sweet treat with one main ingredient, dairy!!! After sampling some treats, we had to make sure to beat the heat with some kulfi!

Lastly, we went to Britannia & Co. a restaurant famous restaurant right in the fort of Mumbai. Known for it’s chicken berry pulao, they are still importing their berries from Iran. A little more expensive of a place to eat, but you really get more here than just delicious food. You get an amazing dinning experience as well!
