This week's video features Rob Blair, who I served alongside with in the Corps. He was medically discharged from the military with a severe back injury, which led to him learning how to heal and strengthen the human body. He now owns and runs an award winning gym in South-East London called the Commando Temple. A badass name for a badass training space, run by a badass veteran.
