This is how former Royal Marine Commando does the David Goggins 4 x 4 x 48 challenge while travelling in a van. Van Life meets running challenge.

We started off our time exploring Belgium by taking on the David Goggins 4 x 4 x48 challenge, which is basically running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Watch to see how I get on!
