How I Plan My Day For Maximum Productivity
Does it ever happen to you that you have the time to do a task, but no energy? That happens to me a lot, so I studied about it a bit and made a few changes to the way my days are planned..... And it worked.

Energy levels vary throughout the day in an Ultradian rhythm pattern.
Ultradian rhythms are any rhythms that last from a few minutes to many hours through the day but not more than 24 hours. There are many other rhythms in our body - Circadian rhythms - that lasts for 24 hours, so like your sleep and wake cycle. Diurnal rhythms - that lasts for 12 hours, like our body understanding the rhythm of day and night, infradian rhythms - rhythms that last longer than a day, like a 30-day menstrual cycle.
And all of these rhythms are natural and have to and will happen, if we try to force and stop or change any of these rhythms, it usually just leads to stress, and most of the time our attempts are unsuccessful as well.
So to be successful and to reduce stress, the easiest thing we can do is to understand how these rhythms and work with them rather than *against* them.
That's what this video is all about 😀
