No kidding, my phone was a MESS - I had random folders everywhere, I had apps that I downloaded but never used, and my pages were completely cluttered.

I hated looking at my phone and ultimately felt like I ended up wasting more time consuming content that brought up underlying self-esteem issues rather than creating content and living my dream life. That's why in this video I share with you how to declutter your phone and optimize your phone to be a resource and a tool to support you in being productive rather than an object that feels like a lifeline.

I chose this one to invest in my business to have a high-quality camera, not because it was the latest and popular phone on the market. IT'S ALL ABOUT INTENTION. Minimalism doesn't mean you HAVE to go back in time to a brick phone. In my opinion, being a digital minimalist means understanding you can live with less and ALLOWING things into your life based on the value they hold in your eyes, getting rid of the noise that doesn't serve you, and optimizing your phone to be a TOOL in your life instead of something that controls you and your actions.
