HOW TO IDENTIFY a Bad Injector (DETROIT DIESEL 453)

I'm back at it today trying to figure out why my loader is not running right. In this video I remove the exhaust manifold and find that one of the exhaust ports is wet with fuel oil. I believe the injector was leaking causing the low fuel pressure at the rail. Also when I ran the engine I found that the identified exhaust port was not warming up like the others. I pull the suspect injector to investigate. Please leave any comments as to what the problem might be.
