Detroit Fuel Filter Replacement (DETROIT 453) - ICE in FUEL FILTER... Must See

I am continuing to troubleshoot the Detroit 453 in my loader. I pulled the primary and secondary fuel filters and found a lot of ice in the filter housing and a crushed primary fuel filter. After replacing both filters, I bleed the fuel system and it still runs rough. Next, I am moving on to the injectors. Since I had water/ice in the fuel system it could have gotten to the injectors and frozen breaking the nozzle.
