Ingredients:
7 medium size potatoes
2 medium size carrots
2 tablespoons of oil
enough salt, pepper flakes, black pepper
Half a tea cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
half tea cup of olive oil
half a bunch of dill
half a bunch of scallions
half bunch of parsley
1 cup of strained yogurt
1 cup of regular yogurt
2-3 cloves of garlic
