Ingredients:
for the filling:
4 medium-sized apples
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 full teaspoon of cinnamon
1 finger less than a large tea glass of coarsely ground walnuts

for the dough
250 grams butter and margarine
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
half tea glass of milk
1 egg
1 water glass of icing sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 cup corn or wheat starch
3.5 cups flour
baking powder
