Hey guys, thanks so much for checking out this drum cover... Like many of you I only heard this song for the first time only 3 days ago...When I first heard it I was like yep, im gonna do a cover of this song... Now I admit, im not the flashiest drummer around nor do I aim to be, so when I create parts for a song im really aiming for a few things...

1) To stay in time: This is undeniably the most important thing for a drummer to do. I know, it sounds not very exciting, but its still really important...

2) To play beats that matter... That's what drummers are there for. To play beats. When I say beats that matter, it doesn't have to be like fancy 32nd note 'trickety' tricky beats. Instead it might be just simple stuff, BUT, and it is a big BUT, it works... Musically, mathematically, creatively, it works with the music...

Creative: Yes, im a believer in expressing who YOU are. Im not trying to be someone im not, nor should you. Be the best version of yourself!
