"Its great to see 30 Seconds To Mars back on the scene. Some of my first ever drum cover were 30STM so its great to hear them out with some new material... Its amazing how talented Jared Leto is really, going from being a singer in one of the worlds biggest rock bands, to becoming a full time actor and winning and Oscar for his role in Dallas Buyers Club to being a singer again... Sign of a true artist...

Anyway, here is my cover of their new song Dangerous Night. Its fairly electronic so I really had to come up with my own interpretation for the parts... It was definitely pretty fun doing this drum cover."

The equipment I use:
Drums: The drum kit I am playing here on this video is a Mapex Orion. Its a 6 piece drum kit. Tom sizes 10, 12, 14 and 16.

Cymbals: The cymbals are all Zildjian: A series...

Moongel: I am a fan of moongel on all the drums. It dampens the sound and makes it more punchy... If you have a problem with overtones, definitely give it a try...

Microphones: I use Audix microphones

Bass Drum Pedal: The pedal used here is an Axis longboard.

Recording Software: Cubase

Video Editing Software: Sony Vegas

Digital Interface: Tascam 1800
