CHICKEN CHIMICHANGAS

Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m so excited to share with you how to super easy and delicious chicken chimichangas. My family’s favorite ☺️ Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, this is the way I was taught. Ingredients: makes about 7 chimichangas
4 pieces of chicken breast
Large flour tortillas
1 onion
5 Roma tomatoes
5 garlic cloves
4 chile chipotle in adobo sauce
1 cup cilantro
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
Oil for frying
Salt and Pepper
