Trash pickup delays linger in DC weeks after snowstorm

Weeks after a major snowstorm hit the District, some D.C. neighborhoods are still dealing with missed trash and recycling pickups. Residents in parts of Ward 1 say collections have been skipped for two weeks, leaving overflowing bins and loose trash in alleyways.
