Little Recipe of Mine: Bananas Foster (Serves 6-8 People)

Ingredients:

3 Bananas
1 Stick of UNSALTED Butter (1/2 Cup)
1 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Heavy Cream
Spiced Rum

Recipe:

Chop up Bananas
Melt Butter in Pan on Medium/High Heat
Add Brown Sugar
Mix to Create a Paste
Add Bananas
Add Splash of Pure Vanilla
Turn Down Stove to Medium/Low (Continue to Mix)
Add Splash of Spiced Rum
Burn off Alcohol with Lighter (Please Be Safe)
Add Splash of Heavy Cream
Mix and Make Sure Paste Has Thinned Out

Serve over Ice Cream or Bread Pudding
