Lamb Chops Recipe:

Lamb Rib Chops (ask to get cut and remove fat from rib)
Drizzle Meat with Olive Oil
Heat Grill Pan on Medium-High
Add Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Massage Salt and Pepper into Meat
Use 1 Sprig of Rosemary, Pull Backwards on Stem. Massage with Fingertips and Sprinkle on Top
Place on Grill Pan For 4 Minutes Each Side (Don't Move)
Plate and Enjoy!

Dipping Sauce:
Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Place in Sauce Pan (with equal parts sugar)
Bring to Boil and Reduce by Half
