Vollpension is an organization that made it their purpose to support elderly people by employing them. In this TEDx talk, Frau Doris and Moriz Piffl-Percevic share how grandmas and grandpas bake cakes, serve customers, and produce videos to fight elderly poverty. Moriz is the artistic, creative, and design mind behind Vollpension. Wordmark, language, design and branding originate from his brain, he loves to lead creative hordes to create consistent brand spaces. Mo is an absolute lateral thinker (genius and insanity are close!), has about 200 ideas per minute, and has a never-ending drive to keep going, believe in ourselves, and think bigger. Mo is a passionate creative and social entrepreneur and has founded numerous companies in different industries and countries over the last 20 years.

Doris is a citizen of Australia and Austria and has lived in both those countries as well as the US, Spain and Russia for extended periods. She is passionate about women's issues health and education as well as environmental and food sustainability. Doris has worked as a teacher-mainly with migrants and refugees in Australia, but has also worked as a community educator, photographer, health worker, translator, clerk, nanny, gardener and journalist.
