The equal pay gap for women in business in the UK currently stands at 43% and latest figures suggest that if women in business scaled at the same rate as men it would add £250bn of new value to the UK economy. Some of the barriers to equality are undoubtedly internal - lack of confidence, doubt, fear, overwhelm and stress and as women we are bombarded with ways to overcome and to ‘fix’ these mental ‘wobbly bits’, and to see them as flaws by a global personal development industry that is worth over $41.81bn.
Andrea Morrison is a Transformational Coach for Women in Business, TEDx speaker & writer. Her mission is to raise the natural confidence, resilience & well-being of women in enterprise, enabling them to realise their potential. She uses warm, compassionate insightful coaching, based on sound psychological principles and the teachings of the late Sydney Banks, that results in profound change and empowers her clients to create a life and business on their terms.

Her approach has been borne out of her own personal quest and professional development culminating in gaining an MSc in Psychology. Overcoming failing schools to pursue a life-long ambition, recovering from burn out and walking away from a successful legal career as an Employment Barrister, she embarked on a personal journey, committed to understanding how we can reach our potential.
