芝麻油1/2茶匙+玉米油1茶匙
指天椒 1个
葱花 适量
Steamed Pork Ribs in black bean sauce
Pork ribs 350g
granulated sugar 5~10g
salt 2g
green onion
two slices of ginger
a tbsp of fermented black beans
a tbsp of rice wine
a tbsp of oyster sauce
a tbsp of corn starch
taro 80g
a tbsp of corn starch
half a tsp of sesame seed oil mixed with a tsp of corn oil
one hot chili
chopped green onion

马兰头300克
烤花生碎
糖5克
盐1~2克
芝麻油 半汤匙

Malantou/马兰头- a type of potherb 300g
a piece of simmered bean curd
chopped toasted peanuts
granulated sugar 5g

half a tbsp of Sesame seed oil
