My 4th Powerlifting Meet - Russel Orhii | USAPL Aggie Showdown 2017
Not my best meet in terms of hitting the numbers I set out to hit but I'm still happy with my performance. There are definitely things that need to be worked on and there are things to be happy about. I maintained the same total I did at my last meet which was in a heavier weight class! I also set new meet PR's on bench and deadlift. This meet is a testament that every day will not be YOUR day. How you bounce back defines who you are as a competitor. Thank you guys so much for the support during this powerlifting prep series and for all the good luck wishes. Your comments/interactions are always in the back of my head as a source of motivation when I'm on the platform or in the weight room! I look forward to competing again.
