How To Butcher a DEER Hind Quarter

Now that I harvested a whitetail deer, it's time to process the meat! I would recommend dry aging meat if possible, but with temps in the 50's, I had no choice but to jump right into processing. In this video I show you how I butcher an entire hind quarter of a deer at home.

I realized after posting the video that my image in the video outlining the different cuts (Bottom Round, Eye of Round, Top Round, and Sirloin Tip) is slightly off in the video, but correct in the thumbnail and correct when I speak. In the photo, the bottom round is the first cut on the left. Hope that makes sense :) Sorry for any confusion! Posting a video every day for Vlogmas has me slightly crazy brain lol!
