🚨Just focusing on physical health & ignoring the stress/mental health will not take you anywhere. Even with respect to your physical health 😔⁣

Change in social structure due to nuclear families, stressful workplaces, epidemics like corona and social media exposure are imposing deteriorated impact on people’s mental health 😩⁣

We focus on dieting, doing exercise, hydration to lose weight but in most cases, we don’t address our mental health issues 💔 Based on a survey conducted in UK, it was found that every 1 person out of 4 will experience some kind of mental health issue in their lifetime. It is important to understand that mental health is a medical issue and can be treated with medication and expert counselling. One has to pay attention to following symptoms:⁣

‼️experiencing heart palpitations, shortness of breath, headaches, sweating, restlessness and racing mind.⁣
‼️Emotional outbursts - Sudden extreme distress & anger⁣
‼️Sleep problems - Sleeping too much or too little could indicate depression⁣
‼️Weight or Appetite changes ⁣
‼️Withdrawl - Not doing things which ones were your favourite choices to spend quality time⁣
‼️Feeling Guilty & Worthless ⁣
