Meatloaf burgers with noodles and brown butter 

1 1/2 lbs ground beef 
2T ketchup 
1/2 small onion 
1/2 bell pepper 
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t squirrel seasoning (musket powder) lol 
Salt & pepper 

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Form into burgers. Air fry about 8 minutes. 
Boil good quality noodles per instructions on bag. 
Melt 7T butter (not a whole stick) watch the butter and don’t walk away.  When it starts to foam it is browning and will burn in few seconds.  As soon as you see the foam browning, remove from heat immediately. Add butter to drained noodles and serve.
