Roll That (Dusty) Bean Footage! Harvest is a Go

Here she blows, the beans are rolling! Gerdie is back in action...stay tuned to see how it ended up. We had a good few days starting soybean harvest and visiting with family. Hot Ham & Cheese Rolls:
Ingredients:
1 package small rolls, cut in half
2 tbsp grated/minced onion
2 tbsp poppy seeds
¼ cup mustard
1 stick butter
Deli ham
Swiss or Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan with onions, poppy seeds and mustard
Spread butter mixture on both sides of rolls
Layer with ham and cheese
Put rolls together, wrap in foil and bake in 350 over for 20-30 minutes or until heated through

Hot Refried Bean Dip:
Ingredients:
2 cans refried beans
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 package taco seasoning mix
8 oz. shredded cheese, divided

Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream, blend in beans and taco seasoning, half of shredded cheese
Spread in 9x12 baking dish, top with remaining cheese
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
