電飯鍋叉燒 Rice Cooker BBQ Pork
材料:
梅花肉/五花肉 700g
蒜末 1Tbsp
蜜味烤醬/叉燒醬 2Tbsp
蠔油 1Tbsp
蜂蜜 1Tbsp
醬油 1Tbsp
黑醬油 2tsp
料酒 2Tbsp
糖 1Tbsp
鹽 1tsp
做法:
1. 將肉和所有調味料混合均勻,放入冰箱冷藏醃製隔夜。
2. 將肉和醃汁放入電飯鍋內。
3. 蓋上鍋蓋,選擇"煮飯"模式煮至熟。
4. 中途將豬肉翻面。
5.全程烹煮時間約40-50分鐘。
Ingredients:

1Tbsp Garlic
2Tbsp Oriental BBQ sauce/ char siew sauce
1Tbsp Oyster sauce
1Tbsp Honey
1Tbsp Soy sauce
2tsp Dark soy sauce
2Tbsp Cooking wine
1Tbsp Sugar
1tsp Salt
Procedures:
1. Mix well pork with seasonings, keep in fridge and marinate for overnight.
2. Put pork and leftover marinate in the rice cooker.
3. Close the lid of the cooker, set the cooker for the regular rice setting, and press the start button.
4. Flip the meat after 20minutes.
5. Entire cooking process will took around 40-50minutes.
