HOW TO RECOVER FROM ANOREXIA - a great day of eating

Now this really was a very great day of eating!

Tried some sourdough for breakfast with beans and scrambled egg (inspired by having sourdough when we went out for breakfast) (I impressed myself - GOURMET), followed by cornflakes (omg how did I forget how good they are) (of course I had a 2 part breakfast).

Mixing it up with a new snack combo - I have been CRAVING sweetcorn so much lately! And I realised that pitta bread is a great snack, and that all bread is just amazing, AND that tzatziki is liquid gold.

Then...

I HAD AN AMAZING LUNCH! PASTA AND PIZZA! FOR LUNCH (?!) YEAAAAH BABY! Tried a new pasta sauce (yum), put cheddar on my pasta (first time and deffo not the last) and pesto on pizza is super good wow.

Had some crisps and the best apple ever (pink lady, duh). Veggie stir fry for dinner, followed by... Chocolate trifle... but not just any chocolate trifle...

Then we tried some of the fruit trifle and couldn't stop eating it because it was so. very. good. I ALWAYS TOLD MYSELF I HATED FRUIT TRIFLE HAHA SILLY ELZANI!

And what a way to end the day - Biscoff porridge. Melty deliciousness. 10/10 presentation. 10/10 taste. 10/10 day of eating. 10/10 happiness.
