2013 Grand Caravan power sliding door assembly removal and replacement

This was a rush job before dark to get the door fixed enough to open and close.
I'll see if I can make a better video the next time I disassemble the power door assembly but I do go over the basics of what was required.
It's actually pretty easy.
You'll need a 10mm socket, and a few TORX bits sizes 20, 30 & 40.

I did try to rewind the spool with some 10 speed bike shifter cables however due to the broken pieces in the spool the door only functioned once then the cable jumped off of the spool again.
At that point I just cut the cable loose from the track mount and the door will operate perfectly fine in manual mode.
