Hotel HVAC seems to have a slight design oversight

After I got my bluetooth gauges and probes all set up and monitored the variable speed compressor discharge pressure increase to just over 500 PSI and shutting down on high current fault, I thought I should go check the condenser air venting outside.
Looks like the pencil pushers had a slight oversight on the design here!
This is the first summer of operation. I would not doubt that each hotel room with a balcony like this is going to have issues.
Not too mention the high likeliness of someone placing a chair or some other object in the path of the condenser air.
